Terry Hamilton began his real estate career in the title insurance industry in the late ‘70s and early ’80s. The majority of his clients were residential agents, and he was convinced to join theirranks. After being elevated to an assistant manager position within two years, he moved onto another challenge, leasing office space. He stayed with the same broker for five years helping grow a company from two listings to over forty. Entrepreneurship became a priority, so he started a landscaping business with a partner and grew the company by winning commercial accounts throughout the Las Vegas valley. Eventually, Terry exited by selling to his partner and returned to real estate as a tenant representative for a local company that was in the Chainlinks network. Since that time, he and his partner of 14 years have completed roll-outs for several clients as well as aided in their market strategy.
