Penny Mendlovic is from Brooklyn, New York and moved to the Las Vegas area from Los Angeles, California in 1992 after spending many years in the Fashion Apparel Industry in wholesale manufacturing, sales, buying and retail capacities. In 1994, Penny relocated to Chicago, Illinois to pursue a career in Real Estate and received her Illinois state license.
While in Chicago, she worked full time for ERA/American Invsco, as a Realtor Associate for sales and marketing of condominium conversions in Chicago’s “Gold Coast” & Michigan Avenue’s prestigious, “One Magnificent Mile”. She became licensed in the state of Nevada in 1997 and spent eight years specializing in the retail industry at NAI Las Vegas before joining “CBRE, Inc.” in November of 2004, where she started her own Retail Team and continues to devote her time specializing in the retail industry in Las Vegas.
With experience in Landlord and Tenant representation, sales, research, marketing and property management, Penny is regarded as a team player with a proven track record of high achievement and an outstanding record for client service and satisfaction. For the last thirty years, Penny has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the retail industry and has a loyal following of clients who have trusted her with their business in the Las Vegas market since 1997. Penny has specialized in retail, for both Landlord and Tenant Representation and is a recognized broker within her market and the retail industry. Her business model and primary focus is on leasing transactions both Landlord and Tenant Representation with strong local market knowledge and experience in property void analysis & evaluations, project development, research, and marketing. Penny has represented such Tenants as Planet Fitness, Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Inc., Conn’s Home Plus, Market by Macy’s, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Jamba Juice, Wing Stop, Boot Barn, Navy Federal Credit Union, 5.11 Tactical, and DXL/Casual Male.
