Nathan Braid embarked on his career in Commercial Real Estate in early 2019 when he relocated to Las Vegas, joining forces with local retail broker Ted Baker as his junior leasing agent. Over the years, he has been pivotal in managing day-to-day leasing activities for Tenant and Landlord clients. With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara, Nathan’s keen understanding of human behavior proves invaluable in building relationships and navigating complex negotiations. Leveraging the robust network of Newmarket Advisors, he maintains strong relationships with prominent local brokers and landlords in the retail sector, affording him access to swift insights and information not commonly accessible.
Some of Nathan’s national retail clientele include Panera Bread, Barnes & Noble, Kohl’s, Journeys, Club Champion, and Buffalo Wild Wings. In the past, he has handled tenant representation for Panda Express and assisted with In ‘N’ Out.
